Amy initially implemented the Leadership Framework within the Operations and Maintenance parts of the Sydney Water business for improved accountability and leadership effectiveness. She has incorporated the principles and practices into the successful execution of major cultural transformation with demonstrated benefits including increased customer service focus, employee engagement as well as improved perceptions of fairness and contribution.
Amy is a highly skilled coach and facilitator building capability at individual, team and organisational levels drawing on the Leadership Framework and her depth and breadth of experience in organisational psychology and as a successful HR leader delivering in high performance outcome environments. Her organisational experience spans over twenty years with a demonstrated record across the utility, federal government, not-for-profit and construction sectors in Australia and the UK. One of her most notable achievements includes leading a culture and capabilities transformation initiative that delivered significant benefits at individual, team and organisational levels within the water industry.
Amy has a Masters in Psychology (Organisational) from UNSW and a dual major Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) (Honours) and Women's Studies) from University of Sydney. Amy is accredited in the Leadership Framework as well as a variety of other tools including Human Synergistics, Everything DiSC and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and the Ethical Intelligence and Good Decision Making program.
