Can I pay monthly for membership?

The Leadership Framework Pty Limited requires full payment of membership fees for a 12 month period, payable in advance. We do not currently offer monthly membership.

Can I pay my membership fees in instalments? Are there payment plans?

The Leadership Framework Pty Limited does not currently offer payment plans or payment of fees in instalments. If you are experiencing financial difficulty please contact the membership team to discuss your options.

Does the Leadership Framework Pty Limited offer concession fees for people who are unemployed or work part time?

The Leadership Framework Pty Limited doesn't currently offer a concession membership for unemployed or part-time employees.

What happens if I don't renew my membership on time?

The Leadership Framework Pty Limited gives you 30 days grace period following your renewal date, during which time you will still receive most of your member benefits.

How long after I renew my membership will I receive my receipt?

Receipts for renewal payments are sent via email within 3 days of your payment being received. Please ensure that we have a valid email address on file for you.

How quickly are membership applications processed?

New membership applications are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days, but can take up to 7 days during busy periods.

Can I change my membership from Manager Level to Executive Level?

Yes,this can be done in one of three ways:

  • During the first month of any 12 month membership, by paying a sum equivalent to the difference between the fees already paid and the amount of fees that would have been due had the member registered at the Executive Level at the start of the membership period; or
  • A member may choose to pay the full amount of fees charged for the Executive Level and a new period of 12 months will start from the date of payment of that fee. In this case members will be provided with a refund of the unused portion of the Manager Level of membership.
  • On the completion of a membership year ie at the time of membership renewal.

I recently became a member but now I don't need it anymore. Can I get a refund or transfer my membership to someone else?

Individual membership is not transferable, and membership fees are not refundable.

How do I update my address and contact details?

Please email enquiry@theleadershipframework.com.au to change your address or contact details.

I've changed my name, how do I update my name with the Leadership Framework Pty Limited?

Please email enquiry@theleadershipframework.com.au to change your name.

Can I share my login details with a friend or colleague?

Your login details are only for your own personal use and should never be shared.
