Delivery

Physical goods other than books
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via post within two working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Digital delivery other than books
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering via email within one working day.

Memberships
We will attempt to send your access code/membership number ordering via email within one working day. Each Member is responsible for ensuring that they supply a valid email address, that The Leadership Framework Pty Limited.com.au email domain is whitelisted and that the email account does not block emails from The Leadership Framework Pty Limited. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited accepts no responsibility for the non-receipt of any email communication sent to any user.

Books
Books are ordered directly through a link with the supplier. Conditions of delivery are those of your selected supplier.

Refund and returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are provided a 5day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at enquiry@theleadershipframework.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.


This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
  • Books purchased via third parties. In the case of third party purchases their policy will apply.
  • Training courses. Clause 3 'Cancellation and Refunds' of the 'Training Terms and Conditions' will apply.
  • Memberships. Clause 5 'Cancellation and Refunds' of the 'Terms and Conditions of Membership' will apply.


We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you Pre-pay pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore it is advisable to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Correspondence delivery

Primarily the delivery of all correspondence relating to your membership will be electronic, via email. Other correspondence will be sent to your designated postal address. These address details (email/postal) utilised by The Leadership Framework Pty Limited will be those you notify to us when you have made a successful application for Membership.

You agree that we will not be responsible for failure of the delivery of correspondence if you have supplied us with an incorrect address or have failed to notify us of an address change. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund your Membership fee if they are returned to us
