Sheila Deane

Sheila has more than 30 years’ experience in the practical workplace application of The Leadership Framework. Sheila has a background in senior line management, organisation development and consulting with experience in the transport, mining, heavy engineering, air traffic control, iron and steel, paper and specialty chemical industries in Australia and USA. As a principal of PeopleFit Australasia Sheila and her partner developed the foundations of The Leadership Framework to effectively transfer and translate the principles and practices of Requisite Organization for sustainable business outcomes. Sheila works with leaders and their teams at all levels of the organisation to focus on developing productive working relationships underpinned by accountable, trust-inducing managerial practices, requisite structure and aligned people systems.

Barry Deane

Barry has more than 30 years’ experience in the practical use of The Leadership Framework in the workplace. Initially trained as a professional engineer, Barry has worked in a variety of engineering, line management and senior executive roles in the building, heavy engineering and mining industries in Australia and across the world. As an independent consultant, he has provided organisation and leadership development advice to clients in a wider range of industries including specialty chemicals, power generation, water supply, paper-making, steel-making and air traffic control. Barry has a deep understanding of the principles of business-focused organisation and leadership development. This is matched with substantial, practical experience, enabling him to support the design and delivery of highly effective organisation and leadership improvement.
