Terms and conditions of training

1. Training services

1.1. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited provides training both publicly and privately. Customers/Members may wish to attend public training events offered by The Leadership Framework Pty Limited at a venue to be determined by The Leadership Framework Pty Limited. By booking and/or attending this training customers/Members agree to the terms and conditions of this document.

1.2. The customer/Member acknowledges that the Trainers are not necessarily employees of The Leadership Framework Pty Limited and that The Leadership Framework Pty Limited may, at its sole discretion, procure the services of third parties to provide any part of or all of the Training.

1.3. The Trainers do not represent The Leadership Framework Pty Limited and the views and opinions of the Trainers are not necessarily the views and opinions of The Leadership Framework Pty Limited. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited disclaims all and accepts no liability for any acts or omissions of the Trainers, or the statements they make or information that they provide.

1.4. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any individually named accredited Trainer(s) shall provide the relevant Training, but where this is not possible, The Leadership Framework Pty Limited reserves the right to procure the services of suitable alternative Trainer(s), provided that The Leadership Framework Pty Limited shall give the customer/Member notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the customer/Member the right to terminate.

2. Payment

2.1. All training courses must be paid in full prior to attendance. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person who has not fully paid prior to attending a training course.

3. Cancellation and refunds

3.1. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the training shall take place on the relevant date(s) and time(s) and at the venue as agreed, but where this is not possible, The Leadership Framework Pty Limited reserves the right to alter the date(s), and/or time(s), provided that The Leadership Framework Pty Limited shall give the customer/member notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the customer/member the right to terminate.

3.2. If the customer/member wishes to cancel any training, The Leadership Framework Pty Limited shall be entitled to (but without being obliged to do so and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to The Leadership Framework Pty Limited) apply cancellation charges. These cancellation charges will be based on the period of notice the customer/member provides to The Leadership Framework Pty Limited as per the following 'Cancellation/refund charges' table.

Cancellation/refund charges

Period of notice of cancellation Conditions
28 days or more Choice of a full refund or booking on a course at a later date.
14 days to 27 days 50% refund or booking on a course at a later date.
7 days to 13 days 25% refund or booking on a course at a later date.
6 days to 1 day No refund. Booking for a course on a later date.
Less than 24 hours
(Includes 'no show' on day of training)
No refund. Forfeiture of course fee.


3.3. Cancellations will be accepted by email only. Emails are to be sent to training@theleadershipframework.com.au

4. Changes to Training Terms and Conditions

4.1. The Leadership Framework Pty Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for training at any time by posting changes online, so please read these terms and conditions whenever you log in.
